HireZone

Terms of use

Last updated: July 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the HireZone (MyHireZone.com) platform, a service connecting job seekers and hiring companies, operated from Mauritius and available across the Indian Ocean, Africa and Europe.

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms in full.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Candidates undertake to publish truthful professional information (CV, experience, qualifications). Companies undertake to publish real, lawful and non-discriminatory job offers.

HireZone verifies companies and moderates job offers before publication, without being able to guarantee the accuracy of all user-published information.

3. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the platform to: publish fake job offers or fake profiles; collect other users' data for purposes unrelated to recruitment; distribute discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful content; attempt to bypass security measures.

Any breach may lead to suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to possible legal action.

4. Paid services

Some services for companies are paid (subscriptions, featured jobs). Prices are displayed on the Pricing page in Mauritian rupees excluding VAT. Payments are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design and code remain the exclusive property of HireZone. User-published content (CVs, job offers, descriptions) remains their property; the user grants HireZone a display licence limited to operating the service.

6. Liability

HireZone is a technical intermediary: the platform does not take part in hiring decisions and is not a party to employment contracts concluded between candidates and companies.

HireZone uses reasonable means to ensure service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Mauritian law. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory provisions of their local law remain applicable. Contact: contact@myhirezone.com
